From 3PL distribution centres in Western Sydney to cool stores in the Waikato, choose the system that matches your SKU profile, stock rotation and forklift fleet.
100% direct access to every pallet, ideal for multi-SKU 3PL, retail and wholesale warehouses with high turnover.
Removes aisles to store large volumes of the same SKU. A common choice for freezer and chiller rooms where every cubic metre is costly.
Pallets roll on inclined rollers from loading to picking face, giving strict FIFO rotation for food, beverage and pharmaceutical stock.
A remote-controlled shuttle moves pallets inside deep lanes, so forklifts never enter the rack, reducing impact damage and labour.
Open-front storage for timber, steel, pipe and rebar, widely used by builders' merchants and steel distributors. Up to 3,000 kg per level.
Nested carts store several pallets per lane while keeping each lane's SKU accessible from the aisle, balancing density and selectivity.
Free-standing platforms that add a second level for picking, packing or offices, with decking, stairs and handrails configured to your site.
Racking doubles as the platform structure, combining pallet storage below with a picking, sorting or assembly floor above.
Guangzhou Heda Shelves Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 and operates a 30,000 m² factory with more than 300 engineers, technicians and production staff. We design and manufacture selective, drive-in, push back, gravity flow, radio shuttle and cantilever racking, as well as rack-supported and structural steel mezzanine floors.
For importers, warehouse operators and racking installers across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, we act as an engineering-led factory partner: we prepare the layout, provide the load data your local engineer needs, and ship complete, labelled kits that crews can install with confidence.

Buying racking offshore only works when engineering, compliance paperwork and logistics are handled properly. These are the details we manage for every Australian and New Zealand order.
Our engineers turn your floor plan into a 3D rendering and CAD drawing showing pallet positions, aisle widths and flue spaces before you commit.
Designs reference AS 4084 for steel storage racking, and NZS 1170.5 seismic parameters for New Zealand sites, with calculations supplied for local engineer review.
Electrostatic powder coating for dry inland sheds, and hot-dip galvanised options for humid Queensland, coastal NZ and Pacific Island sites.
Steel stillages or ISPM-15 marked timber help shipments clear Australian DAFF and New Zealand MPI inspection without costly treatment delays.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, supporting preferential treatment under ChAFTA and the NZ–China FTA where applicable.
Numbered components, assembly drawings and remote technical guidance for your installer, plus on-site supervision available for larger projects.
Each industry fails in a different way: damaged stock, slow picking, poor rotation or unsafe storage. Select your sector to see how we configure racking for it.

For grain processors, seed and fertiliser distributors, feed mills and rural co-operatives handling harvest-season surges.

From tyres and bumpers to clips and fasteners, parts warehouses need dense, well-labelled storage with fast pick paths.

Timber yards, steel suppliers and trade centres store long lengths, sheet goods and palletised products side by side.

For manufacturers, beverage producers, wholesalers and grocery distribution centres where shelf-life and product protection matter.

Meat, seafood, dairy and horticulture exporters across Australia and NZ need maximum density inside costly refrigerated space.

For chemical manufacturers, lubricant distributors and paint warehouses storing drums, IBCs and palletised packaged goods.
Sea freight from South China to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Fremantle, Auckland or Tauranga typically takes around 2–4 weeks, depending on carrier and routing.

Share your floor plan, clear height, pallet size, load and forklift data.

3D renderings, CAD layouts and load calculations for approval.

In-house cutting, forming, welding and powder coating with inspection.

Export packing, documents and installation guidance on arrival.

Real installations showing how we solve heavy-load, multi-level and high-density storage challenges for overseas clients.
Reinforced beam levels for drums and IBCs with safe segregation.
Pallet racking projects
Two-level pick area doubling usable floor space without a new building.
Mezzanine projects
Reinforced racking and shelving combining bulk and small-parts picking.
Shelving projectsWe publish our certificate numbers so procurement teams and engineers can verify them independently before placing an order.

Our engineers design racking with reference to AS 4084 (Steel storage racking) principles and supply section properties, load tables and layout calculations so your local engineer or certifier can verify the installation. Load signage can be produced to suit Australian site requirements.
Yes. For New Zealand projects we work from the site seismic parameters provided by your engineer (with reference to NZS 1170.5) and can increase frame bracing, base plates, anchors and row spacers accordingly. Final sign-off should be completed by a locally registered engineer.
Sea freight from South China to major ports such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Fremantle, Auckland and Tauranga typically takes around 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the shipping line and transhipment. Production time depends on order volume and finish.
Racking is packed on steel frames or ISPM-15 treated and marked timber to help simplify DAFF (Australia) and MPI (New Zealand) inspection. Packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin are supplied with every shipment.
Please share your warehouse floor plan, clear height, pallet size (for example 1165 × 1165 mm Australian standard pallets), maximum pallet weight, forklift type and lift height, and the number of SKUs. With these details our team prepares a free 3D and CAD layout.
Prepare these six details and our engineers can return a 3D layout and system recommendation, usually within 24 hours.
