Is your pallet racking suitable for AS 4084 compliance in Australia?

Our engineers design racking with reference to AS 4084 (Steel storage racking) principles and supply section properties, load tables and layout calculations so your local engineer or certifier can verify the installation. Load signage can be produced to suit Australian site requirements.

Can racking and mezzanines be designed for New Zealand seismic zones?

Yes. For New Zealand projects we work from the site seismic parameters provided by your engineer (with reference to NZS 1170.5) and can increase frame bracing, base plates, anchors and row spacers accordingly. Final sign-off should be completed by a locally registered engineer.

How long does shipping to Australia or New Zealand take?

Sea freight from South China to major ports such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Fremantle, Auckland and Tauranga typically takes around 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the shipping line and transhipment. Production time depends on order volume and finish.

How do you handle Australian and New Zealand biosecurity requirements?

Racking is packed on steel frames or ISPM-15 treated and marked timber to help simplify DAFF (Australia) and MPI (New Zealand) inspection. Packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin are supplied with every shipment.

What information do you need to design a warehouse racking layout?

Please share your warehouse floor plan, clear height, pallet size (for example 1165 x 1165 mm Australian standard pallets), maximum pallet weight, forklift type and lift height, and the number of SKUs. With these details our team prepares a free 3D and CAD layout.
