What is the raw material of your products?
The raw material brand of our normal temperature warehouse is carbon steel Q235b, and the cold storage at minus 18 degrees Celsius or lower temperature adopts Q345D, or other types of steel can be customized according to your needs.
Do you have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most of our products. Normally 1*20ft container order would be recommended to save cost and easy operation.
What is your delivery time?
It depends on the order quantity and racking types normally is 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit.
How will I install the racks?
We provide installation videos and installation drawings. If necessary, we can send an engineer to guide the installation or installation team to install on site.
