QAre you a manufacture or trading company?
We are manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
QWhere is your factory located and can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
QWhat is your delivery time and payment terms?
In general, delivery takes within 15 days depending on the order quantity and shelving design. Payment terms require a 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
QCould you produce according to customers' design?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves according to your specific requirements.
QWhat is the difference between main rack and add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright structure. The main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and the add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For example, for 15 wall racks in a row, the setup will be 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
QWhat is your standard manner of packing?
Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging methods such as wooden boxes are available upon customer request.
