What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (9 containers).
What are main rack and add on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright frame. A main rack is the starter unit with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is an extension unit with only 1 upright that connects to the main rack.
What if we encounter problems during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, our engineers can guide you via phone, video call, or on-site support for larger projects.
What is the warranty period for your storage racks?
We offer a product warranty ranging from 3 years to 5 years.
Which loading ports are closest to your facility?
Nansha or Huangpu ports in Guangzhou. If your forwarder is based in Foshan or Shenzhen, we can also arrange direct delivery to their warehouse.
