Q2: Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Q3: What is your typical delivery time?
A: In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit upon signing the Proforma Invoice (PI), and the remaining balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q5: How do I install the cantilever racks?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also provide video guidance or arrange engineers to assist you.
Q6: What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
A: The difference is the number of uprights. The main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while the add-on rack continues the system with only 1 upright. For instance, a series of 15 connected wall racks consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
