For standard size models, we maintain sufficient material in stock; for less than 500 pcs, 3-7 days is standard. For customized models, delivery generally ranges from 7 to 15 days depending on the volume. We can complete production of 9 containers (332 CBM) within 15 days.
Q3What are the payment and trade terms?
Payment requires a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card and Alibaba platform payments are also accepted. For trade terms, EXW or FOB are standard, though other terms can be negotiated.
Q4Can you produce goods to OEM/ODM specifications?
Yes, we have extensive experience in customizing storage racks. Dimensions, load capacity, layers, and colors can all be fully customized to meet your exact project requirements.
