What goods can this drawer rack store?
It is specially designed for all kinds of flat sheet materials, including steel plate, aluminum sheet, stainless steel plate, copper plate, plastic plate, aluminum composite panel and other long flat raw materials.
What is the load capacity of each single drawer?
Each drawer is marked with a 5000kg load limit, standard single drawer load 5 tons. We can customize 1-5 tons load according to your plate weight requirements.
Is the drawer manual or electric pull-out?
Two versions optional: manual pull-out type for low-frequency use, cost-effective; electric motor drive type for frequent loading/unloading, labor-saving, matched with control cabinet for easy operation.
Can the rack size, layers and drawer length be customized?
Yes. We support full customization of rack overall length, width, height, number of layers, drawer stroke, load capacity, to match different plate lengths and workshop space.
What material is the whole rack made of?
Main frame and drawer beams adopt national standard Q235 thickened steel, built-in reinforced bearing ribs on each drawer, high structural strength, anti-bending and anti-deformation under heavy load.
Can forklift directly take plates from the drawer?
Yes. The drawer has wide pull-out stroke, enough internal space for forklift forks to enter and grab plates directly, no need to move plates manually, greatly improve handling efficiency.
