Heda Gravity Carton Flow Racking Selective Warehouse Roller Racking System
Products Description
A Warehouse Gravity Flow Racking System is a storage solution designed to optimize the flow of goods within a warehouse or distribution center. This system operates on the principle of "first in, first out" (FIFO) and is particularly useful for managing perishable or time-sensitive products.
Gravity flow racks consist of inclined shelves with roller tracks or conveyor systems. Pallets or cartons are loaded onto the higher end of the rack, and they move by gravity to the lower end as new items are added. This promotes efficient stock rotation and minimizes the need for manual labor in restocking.
Key benefits of a Gravity Flow Racking System include improved inventory management, reduced picking times, and enhanced space utilization. It's often used in industries like food and beverage, manufacturing, and distribution where product freshness and efficient order fulfillment are critical.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in warehouse racks, supermarket shelves, and kinds of display stands since 2001. Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong, and you are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Q2: Could you produce according to the customer's design and custom sizes?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves. Floor plan / 3D drawing can be provided by HEDA engineers. Custom-size and special color requests are always welcome, with easy graphic integration and modular construction.
Q3: What is your standard delivery time and sample policy?
In general, delivery is within 15 days, which also depends on the order quantity and shelving design. Samples are available at any time; we charge some sample costs and will return them during the next order.
Q4: How can I get a quick quote for storage racking?
To get a quick quote, please provide: 1) The item stored; 2) Whether goods are in individual boxes or on pallets, unit weight, and dimensions (L*W*H); 3) Boxes/pallets per level and total levels needed; 4) Warehouse space (a floor plan is preferred); 5) Any required accessories such as wire/metal/wood deck, safety bars, or shims.
Q5: How are the racks installed and packed?
A step-by-step installation drawing guide is provided for each type of shelf and rack. Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/film in standard export cartons, and other packings like wooden boxes are available upon request.
Q6: What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference is the upright structure. The main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, while the add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For example, for 15 connected wall racks, the layout requires 1 main rack + 14 add-on racks.
