2. What is your lead time for production and delivery?
For standard size models with material in stock, quantities under 500 pcs can be prepared in 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery generally ranges from 7-15 days. We can manufacture up to 332 CBM (around 9 shipping containers) within 15 days.
3. What is the difference between a Main Rack and an Add-on Rack?
The primary difference is the number of upright frames. A Main Rack is an independent starter rack with 2 upright frames. An Add-on Rack is an extension unit with only 1 upright frame that connects directly to the main rack to save cost and space.
4. How do you support customers during installation?
We provide detailed installation manuals and structural diagrams for every rack series. Our engineering team is also available to assist via telephone, video calls, or tutorials. For large-scale projects and mezzanine platforms, on-site technical guidance or installation teams can be arranged.
5. What are the accepted payment methods and nearby shipping ports?
Standard payment term is 40% deposit with the balance cleared via T/T prior to delivery. Credit cards and Alibaba platform trade assurance payments are also welcomed. Our closest shipping ports are Nansha and Huangpu in Guangzhou, with convenient transfers to forwarders in Foshan or Shenzhen.
6. What warranty coverage do you provide on storage racks?
We provide an extensive product quality warranty ranging from 3 years to 5 years, ensuring structural integrity and surface protection under normal operational usage.
