Product Description
Jracking's four-way shuttle racking system is an intelligent warehousing solution suitable for high-SKU, high-density storage. Through the coordinated operation of four-way shuttles, elevators, and a WMS/WCS management system, the system achieves automated storage and retrieval and intelligent scheduling of palletized goods, significantly improving warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency. The four-way shuttles can move forward, backward, and laterally within the racking aisles and operate between different levels via elevators, reducing forklift aisle requirements. This makes it particularly suitable for space-constrained warehousing scenarios with frequent goods turnover.

What are your MOQ and tooling fee policies?
- MOQ Limitation: Jracking has no strict MOQ, though higher quantities yield better prices. We recommend orders fitting at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons) for standard products.
- Tooling Fee: If opening a new mold is required, Jracking charges the tooling cost prior to the first production run, which is partially or fully refunded once order volumes reach designated targets.
