Q: Does Jracking have MOQ limitations and how are tooling fees handled?
- MOQ Limitation: There is no strict MOQ limitation; however, larger order volumes provide better prices. For standard products, an order volume fitting at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons) is recommended.
- Tooling Fee Policy: If customized molds are required, Jracking charges the new mold cost prior to the first production run. This cost is partially or fully refunded once orders reach an agreed quantity.
