Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufactory for storage rack.
Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China. You can fly to Nanjing airport directly. We will pick you up at Nanjing international airport. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
Q3: What is the raw material of your products?
A: The material we choose is high quality Q235 steel.
Q4: What is the packaging of the products?
A: Standard export package. All parts are packed by steel belt and covered by protective plastic film.
Q5: What are the terms of payment and delivery time?
A: Payment term is T/T. Delivery time depends on the order quantity and racking types, normally is 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit.
Q6: Which loading ports are available, and are samples provided?
A: Nanjing or Shanghai port. Short sections of samples can be provided free of charge, with international courier costs to be borne by clients.
