A: We are manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
Q: Where is your factory located and can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Q: What is your delivery time and payment terms?
A: Delivery is generally within 15 days, depending on quantity and design. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q: Are samples available and can you produce customized designs?
A: Yes, samples are available (sample cost returned on next order). We also have rich experience producing customized solutions based on client designs (OEM/ODM).
Q: What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
A: The difference is the upright. A main rack has 2 uprights (starting unit), while an add-on rack has only 1 upright (extension unit). For instance, 15 continuous racks consist of 1 main rack + 14 add-on racks.
Q: How are the cantilever racks packaged and installed?
A: Racks are flat packed with air bubble film in export standard cartons or wooden boxes upon request. We provide detailed installation instructions and engineering guidance.
