The double-locking structure—after the hooks are inserted into the column holes, they are locked again with bolts. This effectively prevents the crossbeam from falling off due to impact or vibration.
The crossbar structure is mostly a "welded beam" structure. The columns are cold-formed sections with a "C" or "U" cross-section, and have hexagonal or teardrop-shaped hanging holes evenly distributed on the surface.
Brackets (horizontal braces) and diagonal braces (diagonal braces) are installed between the columns of a row of shelves every two to three layers, forming a triangular stabilization structure to prevent the shelves from tipping over.

Cargo Fixation
Ropes, straps, frames and other devices secure mezzanine rack components in transport to avoid movement/collision from vibration, sudden stops or turns. Heavier parts (uprights, beams) use multi-layer reinforcement for stability.
Vibration Damping
Rubber pads, foam boards and other shock absorbers are placed at the base and around goods to absorb transit vibration, protecting the rack's surface and structure—critical for preventing coating damage on treated racks.
Rain & Moisture Protection

No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most of our products. Normally 1*20ft container order would be recommended to save cost and easy operation.
