Fitted with the large-diameter 32 mm rollers suited to the majority of applications, the high density of 28 rollers per linear metre means only 2 mm spacing between rollers. Q2: What is the lead time for small orders and mass production?
There will need about 7 to 10 days to open the new molds, then we will send customer the trial sample for approval before mass production. After the sample was approved, it will take around 10 to 15 days for mass production for a normal 40 High Q container.

In order to quote asap, please provide us the following information as many as you can: 1) Detail drawings (CAD/PDF/DWG/IGES/STEP); 2) Material; 3) Quantity; 4) Surface treatment; 5) Any special packaging or other requirement.
