Macinte Intelligent Electronic Material Rack
The intelligent electronic material rack is a high volume ratio shelf used to store SMT chips. The material are placed in the corresponding positions according the LED indicator on the shelf, which is bound by the corresponding relationship of the QR code of the material number/location. Docking to the enterprise ERP/MES system, automatically realizes the quickly operation of sending and receiving materials according to the light indication.
Application Value
Stock In Workflow
1. Click / Scan Order Number to Start
Choose the stock in mode and click/scan the order / scan order code to start.
2. Scan Reel Code
Scan the reel code and put it in any empty location, infrared.
3. Stock In
Scan all reels in turn and click complete after all reels are stored.
Stock Out Workflow
1. Enter Stock Out Mode & Select Order
Enter the stock out mode and select the order.
2. Light On and Off
Location lights to all reels in the order will be on, after take the reel and scan reel code its light will off.
3. Stock Out
Take other reels in turn. After all the reels are stock outed, click complete.
